The Event & Function Room specialises in creating stunning decorations at your choice of venue!
Offering floral arrangements for stages, entrances, foyers as well as chair covers with sashes, table decorations, red carpet and decorative lighting, we can cater for your next event or function.
Additionally, with access to furniture hire such as outdoor chairs, high bars, ottomans, trestles and tables with linen to suit, The Event & Function Room can enable you to plan your event with ease by arranging it all at the one place.
Whether it be a corporate event, 50th or other birthday, engagement party, charity ball, cocktail party or even a conference, the team at The Event & Function Room can turn an ordinary venue into a place of celebration.
PRICE GUIDE (inc GST)
Chair covers & sashes
Black or white chair covers with your choice of sash - over 45 colours of satin and organza
- 1 - 100 $4.00 each, plus a delivery/ setup fee (the delivery fee will depend on the location)
- 101- 200 $3.80 each, plus a delivery/ setup fee
- 201 plus $3.60 each, plus a delivery / setup fee
A reduced price is available for the DIY option.
Table runners are also available in matching colours.

Centrepieces
Centrepieces can vary greatly in both style and cost and it is best to begin by considering the following:-
- Height - Tall for high ceilings, low for across table discussion or in between
- Lighting on tables - Fairy lights, candles or plinths
- Style - Floral, sticks/willow, candelabras or other
- Colour scheme - can be created with flowers, table runners, gels, feathers, beading, fabric, lollies etc
- Novelty - incorporating your theme such as Hollywood, sports, eras, masks etc
- Budget - table decorations can range from $15 through to $90 or more
Glassware, mirrors and table runners can also be hired out for a DIY option
